It’s never too late to learn about Lil Green. Books: Murukami’s new novel is “Killing Commendatore.” Sports: I’m still recovering from the Yankees’ playoff humiliation. Not sure I care who wins the World Series now. Finally: It’s leaf-peeping weather!
