Suicide, Robin Williams, New Movie
This week’s suicides (Kate Spade, Anthony Bourdain) have me thinking about Robin Williams and his life story. Marina Zenovich thought about it, too. Her film, “Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind,” is, according to Jeff Wells, “simple, touching, direct — not a softball portrait that avoids the pitfalls and dark places, but a very comprehensive story of a fascinating whirling dervish and comic firecracker for whom the bell tolled.” Zenovich‘s 117-minute HBO doc pops on 7.16.18.
