A bulletin from Toronto: “The Disaster Artist” may be the most James Franco thing James Franco has ever done. “He did direct the movie in character,†producer Seth Rogen told the audience after the SXSW screening, in March, and similar comments were heard this week at the film festival in Toronto. “There were scenes where [he was] playing Tommy directing a movie as Tommy directing a movie as Tommy.
