“Of Light†is an opera the composer K à R Y Y N and the artist Samantha Shay made in collaboration while they were students of the performance artist Marina Abramović. The Reykjavik premiere of the piece so impressed Björk, that she recommended it in a recent interview with The Guardian. “MOVING MASSES†is a track taken from that opera, and it’s the most beautiful song in K à R Y Y N’s growing catalog.
