Julia Roberts Doing A TV Series
It’s only for eight episodes, but still: back in the day, big movie stars didn’t stoop to doing television. Now, TV/streaming is where’s at for material of any depth or flavor. The series will be based on Maria Semple’s New York Times best-selling “Today Will Be Different,†which was released this fall. Semple will also pen the script for the TV adaptation.
