Palace Lets Kate Travel Alone
Tuesday marked an important day in Kate’s diary – she was going to Holland and making her first solo visit abroad, without her husband Prince William or her children Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Her first stop was to call on King Willem-Alexander at Villa Eikenhorst, where the monarch lives with his wife Queen Máxima, who was away in Argentina, and the couple’s three daughters. Kate wore a pale blue suit by Catherine Walker and uncharacteristically pulled her hair back.
