“Westworld” Premiere: Exciting, Repetitive
I won’t judge a TV series after one episode, but I will say that “Westworld,” which debuted last night on HBO, wore me out. (Maybe I lack “stamina.”) Much of the program’s necessary scene-setting–of happy guests arriving and discovering the joys of shooting and screwing to their hearts’ content–became repetitive quickly. Oh, and Ed Harris (pictured) was born to play gunslingers.
