HBO Cancels “Vinyl”
My friend Rich Cohen was one of the creators, but I can’t say that I’m sorry or surprised that HBO cancelled “Vinyl” after only one season. Its depiction of the rock ‘n’ roll scene in the 1970s never rang fully true to me (not that I was there) and the series was expensive to produce.
