There’s a lot of talk about our era as a “golden age” of television. But Michelle Dean suggests that the golden age happened 10 to 20 years ago with “The Sopranos” and “Buffy” and “Six Feet Under” and that “Saul” and even “Breaking Bad” and “Mad Men” don’t measure up.
