“La Strada” Presented In Color
It’s always a bit of a shock to see color pics of one of your favorite black-and-white movies — that reminds us that the actors and director and crew walked around the set seeing everything in color, which don’t seem fittin’. “La Strada,” released in 1954, is one of my preferred Fellini movies, and here it is — Anthony Quinn and Giulietta Masina — in color.
