Kim Kardashian, known more for her tits than her talent (yeah, I know: using your tits can be a kind of talent), has been engaged in a social-media war with Bette Midler. Midler’s latest salvo is for charity. The Divine Miss M, who is going to do “Hello, Dolly!” next year on Broadway, lived up to her moniker in the digitally manipulated mock-up image, which she posted, gloriously, on her Twitter page.
