Taking a tip from Janet Jackson, who for her third marriage found a billionaire, Mariah Carey has announced that for her third marriage she will also wed a billionaire — the Australian James Packer. Packer is Australia’s fourth richest man, which means he’s rich enough to pay for treatments to Mariah’s singing voice. It’s been waning badly the past few years. The decline can’t all be attributed to aging. The engagement ring is valued at $7.5 million.
