Music: Aretha’s performance on the Kennedy Center honors the other night pushed Carole King’s “Tapestry” back onto the charts. I’m loving Yannick Nezet-Seguin conducting Ravel. Books: Alan Cumming’s “Not My Father’s Son” is back on the best-seller list. Cumming’s childhood was no bed of Scottish heather. Sports: I’m betting the Jets make it into the playoffs this weekend.
