The Drudge Report — that unfailing purveyor of fact: hah! — has run a story saying that the character played by Leonardo DiCaprio, in his new movie, “The Revenant,” is raped by a bear. Alas, it isn’t true: even Fox — that other teller of truth: bigger hah! — has debunked it. But maybe Leo should embrace the rumor to grease the publicity wheels for his Oscar campaign.
