Yasiin Bey Reacts To Paris Attacks
Yasmin (formerly known as Mos Def) has shared a new song called “NO Colonial Fiction” following the attacks in Paris. The song’s cover art features the face of Tamir Rice, the 12-year-old boy who was shot dead by a Cleveland police officer in 2014. In addition to the song, Bey participated in an interview with journalist Ferrari Sheppard, during which he discussed the attacks, as well as police violence.
