Madonna? Meh. Bring On The Pope
Madonna is at Madison Square Garden this week with her “Rebel Heart” tour. She’s got Amy Schumer, “Game of Thrones,” transgender nuns — the usual attempts to “shock.” Some people may find all of this amusing, but, frankly, if given the choice between Madonna tickets at the Garden and Pope tickets at the Garden, I’d take the Pope tickets. There’d be transgender nuns there, too, but they wouldn’t be just tired camp.
