I’ve had a crush on Charlotte Rampling ever since she bared her tits in the uniform-laden epic “The Night Porter,” in 1974. Now, at 69, Miss Rampling is enjoying some of the best reviews of her career, for “45 Years.” It’s a marital drama directed by Andrew Haigh and costarring Tom Courtenay. The picture is released today in the UK but has no American release date yet.
