New “Little Women”: Who Should Star?
My favorite version of the Louisa May Alcott tale will always be from 1933, the George Cukor-directed one starring Katharine Hepburn. But I will watch any new adaptation with interest, including the one in the works at Sony, with Sarah Polley adapting. You can bet that Amy “hacked emails” Pascal, who’s co-producing, will want at least one of the young women pictured — Shailene Woodley, Kristen Stewart, and Jennifer Lawrence — to star as Jo March.
