Pussy Riot Diss Putin On “House Of Cards”
The provocative punk rock band (pictured) describe Russian President figure as “not afraid of anyone except gays” in a forthcoming episode of Kevin Spacey‘s hit Netflix series, “House of Cards.” The new season, streaming on Friday, will see actor Spacey reprise his role as shady politician Frank Underwood, who is shown in the trailer sitting alongside a man bearing more than a passing resemblance to Putin. In another scene, the two men can be seen standing by a desk with Russian flags hanging in the background. Last summer, Russia’s United Nations delegation blocked a request by the producers of “House of Cards” to use its New York headquarters as the backdrop to two episodes of the hit series.
