“Suite Française” Arrives Soon
I’ve avidly read everything published by Irene Nemirovsky (in the original French!), and so can’t believe I didn’t see this trailer for the movie version of her “Suite Francaise” when it dropped. It looks rather dreary, but the stars are Michelle Williams, Kristin Scott-Thomas, and Matthias Schoenaerts. Formidable! No firm release date has been announced.
