Kabuki At Lincoln Center: My FT Review
The Financial Times has posted my review of “Kaidan Chibusa no Enoki,” a Kabuki evening at the Lincoln Center Festival, in New York. Bottom line: ‘With humour, high spirits and precise movement, the production enthralls for two-and-a-half hours.’ I was especially thrilled to see my old friend Dee Sushi in the audience, though Dee clapped at inappropriate moments.
