“A Million Ways To Die” Dies: Review

I’d say that this review is a major ouch: ‘The saddles don’t blaze in “A Million Ways to Die in the West,” and the pacing is limper than a three-legged horse. In following up his 2012 smash “Ted” with a lavish comic western, Seth MacFarlane (pictured, with Charlize Theron) has delivered a flaccid all-star farce that’s handsomely dressed up with nowhere to go for most of its padded two-hour running time. Pic faces a formidable box-office duel in its opening frame against Disney’s costly “Maleficent,” but regardless of the outcome there, it won’t come within striking distance of “Ted’s” $549 million global gold rush.’
