Laura Linney To Do Sherlock Movie
Laura Linney (right) elevates anything she’s in, Bill Condon (left) gave us “Gods and Monsters” and “Dreamgirls,” and Ian McKellen is, well, Ian McKellen. So I have to say I will be eager to see their new project: “A Slight Trick of the Mind,” starring McKellen as an aging Sherlock Holmes and Linney, 50, as Holmes’ housekeeper Mrs. Munro. The project will begin shooting the in London and Sussex, England, in July — it’s Linney’s first job since she became a mother four months ago.
