“Thrones” Crashes Go: Get Cable!
So many of my friends like to boast that “I don’t pay for cable; I only watch online.” Well, those forward-looking snobs got a comeuppance last night, because the season premiere of “Game of Thrones” crashed HBO’s Go platform. HBO tried to make light of it on Twitter: “Looks like there’s trouble in the realm.” But Thronies weren’t amused. In other news, it was only about 7 minutes into the season before HBO lived up to its sexist image: showing full-frontal-female nudity but denying a peek at the men.
