Television: On Friday, Tony Award winner (“Pippin”) Patina Miller stars in a “Live from Lincoln Center.” How will “The Good Wife” follow up last week’s shocker? Music: “Miles at the Fillmore” gives us Miles Davis in 1970. Why didn’t Pearl Bailey and Carol Channing ever make an album together? Books: I’ve been re-reading Otto Friedrich’s “City of Nets,” a wild and original history of Hollywood in the 1940s, which has been re-issued in paperback. Sports: I’m still ahead in my March Madness betting pool, but the competition is about to get tighter.
