Why Isn’t “Worricker” Airing In The U.S.?
Bill Nighy (pictured) — one of my favorite actors — has just reprised his “Page Eight” role as MI5 spy Johnny Worricker in “Salting the Battlefield.” Trouble is, it’s only airing in the U.K., not the U.S. Why does PBS keep foisting junk like “Mr. Selfridge” on us instead of anything that has the oh-so-suave Bill Nighy and the ever-nutty Helena Bonham Carter, not to mention Ralph Fiennes as the prime minister?
