“Under The Skin” Showcases Mica’s Music
“Under the Skin,” released next week, is worth seeing not only for Scarlett Johansson in the lead role but for the score by Mica Levi. (Take a listen here.) You can’t stroll down your Brooklyn block unless you know that Levi is the frontwoman for Micachu & The Shapes. She is an English singer, songwriter, composer, and producer. She is classically trained at Guildhall in London and is a first-rate DJ. Now you can leave the house.
