Beyoncé’s BRIT Performance: Boring?
Beyoncé’s BRIT Awards performance has been accused of being boring by some underwhelmed viewers. The stunning megastar kept things simple as she stood alone in front on stage to belt out “XO” last night to the packed O2 Arena – before slipping into sneakers and hopping onto her private jet. And those fans used to her Grammy-style shows were left disappointed. Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw, who was at the awards bash, blasted her performance as “boring.” Mr. Grimshaw: Mrs. Carter is probably pregnant and therefore not emptying the tank onstage as she usually does. Or maybe she know longer gives a fig about British audiences because they notoriously like to take American superstars down a peg.
