Music: Bruce Springsteen has a Number One CD and it’s not even out yet: “High Hopes.” Books: You can’t call yourself literate unless you’ve read at least one volume of the seven-part novel “My Struggle,” by the Norwegian writer Karl Ove Knausgaard. Sports: Turkey means football, but don’t forget the NBA: Nets play the Rockets on Friday. Finally: I liked Thanksgiving better when it was one day not one week, and Christmas better when it was two weeks not two months.
