Rodgers: First Daft Punk, Now Moroder
The Daft Punk-wrought disco resurgence of 2013 continues. Clash Music points out that Nile Rodgers is gearing up to collaborate with Giorgio Moroder, the fellow disco vet who also worked on “Random Access Memories.” “I’m thankful for the music I’ve been able to have in my life,” Rodgers wrote to on Twitter. “Giorgio Moroder‘s next door & agreed to write something w me!” Moroder Tweeted, “Looking forward to my future collaboration with @nilerodgers.” Above you can watch the video for Daft Punk’s “Lose Yourself to Dance,” featuring Rodgers.
