Should People Dress More Modestly?
Actress, designer, and former White Power Ranger Jessica Rey has a mission: to get as many women as possible in one-piece swimsuits. This has caught the interest of those Christian writers who for the past several months have been debating the value and meaning of dressing modestly. I must say that I am wholeheartedly in favor of people dressing more modestly, but for aesthetic not moral reasons. Ninety percent of the women I see in skimpy tank tops and tight jeans on the street look absolutely hideous, and some of their male counterparts aren’t much better. As for the beach, I stopped hanging out there long ago because I got tired of looking at all the flesh sagging out of the women’s bikinis and the men’s Speedos.
