“Dames At Sea” Coming To Broadway

Add one more production to the list of shows vying for a Broadway theater in 2014: Producers of a new staging of “Dames at Sea,” the 1968 Off Broadway tuner that launched the career of Bernadette Peters, have queued up the title for a slot on the Rialto. I’m way too young to have seen it, but I look forward to the revival, though it still has to find that available theater and I wonder if it’s a viable property for today’s tourist-heavy Broadway.
