Booker Prize Nominees Revealed
The long list for the Man Booker Prize — Britain’s best-known literary award — has been announced. Of the 13 nominees, I’ve only read two: Jhumpa Lahiri‘s “The Lowland” and Colum McCann’s “TransAtlantic.” (Both highly recommended.) Many of the novels haven’t been released yet in the United States.
