Probably not, according to this write-up. Not a big surprise, since the program, which just premiered on the BBC, is slated for the Starz network starting Aug. 10 — Starz brought us the recent “Da Vinci’s Demons,” my nominee for dumbest TV show of 2013. “Queen” is set during the War of Roses in England, the 15th-century conflict between rival factions for the English throne.
