Is “Rectify” Best Show On TV Now?
I don’t agree that Sundance Channel‘s “Rectify” belongs at the top of the heap of currently broadcasting “quality” television. I tried watching a couple of episodes of this story of a man who comes home after prison release and struggles to adjust. Its proponents say that “Rectify” manages to slowly and beautifully express myriad moods. But I need more from a show than mere mood.
