Daft Punk Present A Personal Playlist
It’s pretty predictable: they say fans are surprised that they, the DP duo, listen to classical music, not their patented electro-pop, at home. But Bach is EXACTLY what I would expect them to listen to. I’m glad they have a taste for Bill Withers (“Lovely Day”). And I like what Thomas Bangalter says about why Jacques Dutronc‘s 1968 song “Il Est 5 Heures, Paris s’eveille” reminds him of home.
