The New Poster For “Much Ado”

The poster for Joss “Avengers” Whedon‘s upcoming version of Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” makes me tingle every time I look at it. You might assume that the first use of a color accent within a monochrome frame in a mainstream film happened in “Schindler’s List.” But it also occurred for Francis Coppola‘s “Rumblefish.” Oh, and there’s also the hand coming out of the blood-filled bathtub in William Castle’s “The Tingler.”
