Portrait Revealed From New “Hunger Games”
Chins up, smiles on! The first official Capitol Portraits are rolling out one by one and Effie Trinket is leading the way. Elizabeth Banks‘ eccentric character is the first of several “Hunger Games” characters to be pictured in regal portraits, teasing to the November release of the second franchise installment, “Catching Fire.” I wasn’t too keen on the first installment, and, judging from the new Banks’ portrait, the second promises to camp it up Mardi Gras style. I’m not kvelling.
