James Franco Coming To Broadway
His new movie, “Oz: The Great and Powerful” is a must-avoid (trust me), but the project James Franco announced last night on Colbert could be a must-see: a Broadway revival of “Of Mice and Men,” based on the Steinbeck novel. Franco will play George, an intelligent but uneducated man in California during the Great Depression. The other main character is Lennie, a man of limited mental abilities. Is this a departure from Franco’s recent gay-gay-gay projects? Or will George and Lennie get cozy?
