Elaine Stritch Turns 88 & Is Leaving NYC
On the latest episode of “Theater Talk,” Elaine Stritch talks about turning 88 and about leaving New York and moving back to her native Michigan. NYC without Stritchie will be a little like NYC without rudeness but I guess we could use a little less rudeness so the city will probably survive not having this actress prowling the corridors of the Hotel Carlyle. Btw, on “Theater Talk” Stritchie talks about her “30 Rock” costar Alec Baldwin — you know, the guy who can’t seem to walk down the street without insulting people.
