Revolting: Suri Cruise’s $24,000 Playhouse
I volunteer for a project that works with some of the people left homeless by Hurricane Sandy. Thousands of them are still without any, or much, of a roof over their heads. So when I see that Katie Holmes bought a $24,000 playhouse for her daughter, Suri, I want to vomit. Sometimes, I feel that the ostentatious rich should all be shipped off to a place where they are taxed at 100 percent so they wouldn’t have the excess cash to waste on such monstrosities as a playhouse costing more than half the world earns in a year.
