“August: Osage County”: First Look
Here’s a first look at the movie of “August: Osage County,” which has been filming the past six weeks in Oklahoma. The itty-bitty photos aren’t much to go by, but it looks as if they are playing it younger than they did on Broadway. The lineup, from left: Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Juliette Lewis, Julianne Nicholson, Ewan MacGregor. Juliette Lewis has creeped me out ever since she sucked her thumb in “Cape Fear,” but her out-to-lunch quality is exactly why she’s great casting here.
