“Horror Story”: Jessica Lange As A Nun
I didn’t see much of the first season of “American Horror Story.” But I couldn’t resist tuning in last night to see Jessica Lange playing a nun in an insane asylum in the premiere of season two. The episode wasn’t the mega campfest I’d hoped, but it was still pretty entertaining. The hour featured aliens, mad scientists, mysterious beasts and a crop of patients that may include a serial killer known as Bloody Face: everything but the bloodhounds snapping at their rear ends. Forty years ago, it would have starred Joan Crawford wielding an axe.
