Actors Who Should Be Deleted From Films
In late 2010 a rumor zapped around cyberspace: “Star Wars” creator George Lucas was buying up the rights to old movies as part of a master plan to use digital technology to “reanimate” dead actors and put them in films alongside living stars. If you can use computer-generated imagery to insert actors into films, why not use it to remove them as well? Just think of how many movies would be improved by the process. Here are 10 nominees for digital deletion (DD), along with some suggestions for digital insertion (DI). Sharon Stone (pictured) in “Basic Instinct” is on the list, as is Tom Hanks as Forrest Gump.
