“Before Sunset” Sequel To Shoot In Mykonos?
Writer-director Richard Linklater’s “Before Sunrise” laid the ground work for Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy’s ultra-romantic union on film in 1995 as Jesse and Celine, who meet on a train and spend the night together in Vienna. 2004′s “Before Sunset” reunited the two actors, set nine years later in equally swoon-worthy Paris. Now a Greek film news site reports that Linklater has been kicking around his untitled sequel to the two films in Greece, again with Delpy and Hawke. Even though the series shoots in capital cities, I’d be surprised if the third installment takes place in Athens. I’m guessing a more romantic location: Mykonos (nah, too obvious) or Santorini (just right, and more hetero).
