“True Blood”: The Season-Five Finale
I’m not a religious watcher of “True Blood,” but I did happen to catch the season 5 finale last night. I was underwhelmed. Every plot development was predictable. Alcide becoming pack master? Check. Jason full of hate again? Check. Tara kissing Pam? Check. The friend with whom I watched the episode (and he does watch with one knee in perpetual genuflection) concurred that the finale was sub-par. “But this whole season has been so-so,” he added.
