There was an all-star lineup at the Queen’s Jubilee concert on Monday night — Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, even Grace Jones singing “Slave to the Rhythm” while hula-hooping. But who closed the whole shebang? Kylie Minogue with “Timebomb.” Even the Queen thinks it’s tops. It’s the best pop video of the year.
