I didn’t like her character on “Seinfeld,” and I couldn’t watch her “Christine” comedy (though it did help break the post-“Seinfeld” curse), but the drumbeat for Julia Louis-Dreyfus‘s new comedy, “Veep,” is too loud for me to ignore the show, which premieres this Sunday.
