The Many Faces Of Robert Pattinson
I’m not a “Twilight” queen, though if I were I’d have to sign up for Team Edward over Team Jacob. (That leaves more for you, Brooks.) And I admire the fact that the Edward actor, Robert Pattinson, is choosing arty films now rather than more blockbusters, even though those arty films don’t always meet with hosannahs of critical enthusiasm or ka-ching at the box office. I’m speaking about “Bel Ami” (based on the Maupassant novel not the Euro-porn series), which premiere in February in Berlin to mixed reviews. I have higher hopes for “Cosmopolis.”
