Julianne Moore As Sarah Palin: Work It!
Julianne Moore is an artist and a human being to be admired, so fine in fact that even her occasional missteps (her Boston accent on “30 Rock,” her performance in David Hare’s play “The Vertical Hour”) have the mark of bravery. I was a little worried that her performance as Sarah Palin in HBO’s upcoming “Game Change” would score points for courage but not execution. But Ken Tucker of ew.com assesses: “[Palin] is impersonated here with mimicry of the high order by [Moore]; she is portrayed as a devoted mother, and a plucky, if stressed-out and carb-deprived, campaigner.” The show premieres on March 10.
